1. Scope

These proposed terms govern use of general educational website materials and purchased Deposit Defender™ digital guides, forms, and workbooks, subject to the terms displayed at the actual checkout. The final approved terms must identify the verified publisher, seller of record, contact, assent method, and applicable mandatory law.

2. Personal-use license

Subject to the purchased edition's final license and applicable law, a purchaser is intended to receive a nonexclusive, limited right to download, back up, print, and adapt materials for their own household's residential rental deposit matter. The purchaser may share completed or relevant extracts with a landlord, manager, mediator, attorney, legal aid organization, government agency, or court as appropriate for that dispute.

3. Restrictions

Except when authorized by law or separate written license, purchasers may not resell, sublicense, post publicly, or redistribute full blank source workbooks and guides, or use one personal license as a commercial multi-client distribution service. Fair use and nonwaivable legal rights remain unaffected.

4. No legal services or outcome guarantee

The material is general education and self-help; it does not provide an attorney, individual legal review, representation, court filing service, or guaranteed result. Users must verify current local requirements and accurately present their own facts.

5. Payment and delivery

The Deposit Defender™ purchase takes place on an external Gumroad listing. Current price, included files, taxes, receipt, delivery method, and seller information must be checked on the live checkout. The order's disclosed terms and the approved refund policy govern, subject to applicable consumer law.

6. Digital format and updates
