Guidance about the original materials and permitted personal case use.
1. Original publisher materials
The Deposit Defender™ guide text, original layouts, educational organization, and original graphics may be protected by copyright or other applicable intellectual-property law. The verified copyright owner must be identified before a final legal notice is published.
2. Trademarks and naming
Renter Defense System™ and Deposit Defender™ are brand identifiers. The ™ symbol does not assert federal registration. Ownership, availability, and any necessary trademark clearance remain subject to verification.
3. Personal case use
Consistent with the final purchased license, the customer may adapt working letters, inspection forms, and evidence summaries for the customer's own case, and share relevant completed documents with parties or institutions involved in the dispute.
4. Unpermitted redistribution
Without permission or a legal exception, distributing the complete blank guide library, selling copies, or republishing substantial original content as a competing product is not authorized under the intended personal license. Such a restriction does not prohibit lawful court submissions, fair use, or nonwaivable rights.
5. Third-party content
References to outside statutes, court rules, agencies, software, or services remain the property or responsibility of their respective owners. Any quoted material or licensed assets must be used within applicable permissions.
