1. Website operator
This website is presented under the Renter Defense System™ brand. The verified publisher legal name is [not yet configured]. Public privacy requests should be directed to the verified support address when activated; existing Gumroad customers may use the support details in their purchase receipt.
2. Site browsing and hosting
The site is constructed as static web pages. No visitor account system, advertising pixel, third-party analytics library, or case-file upload form is included in this site package. The hosting provider selected by the publisher may receive information needed to serve pages, including IP address, user agent, request logs, and security data. The actual hosting and retention practices must be verified before publication.
3. On-device tools
The move-out checklist and deduction organizer store user entries through your browser's local storage. Their data is read and calculated on the device and is not sent to this website's servers by the included tools. You can clear the data with each tool's controls or by clearing browser site data. Exported CSV files are created and saved to your device; you control any later sharing.
4. Contact feature
The support request helper generates text on your device for you to copy. It does not submit a message to a website server. If you choose to send the information through an external email or customer support service, that service and the recipient may process it. Avoid submitting account numbers or unnecessary sensitive files.
5. External Gumroad checkout
Clicking a purchase link takes you to the separate Gumroad storefront. Gumroad and the seller may process purchase details, billing metadata, contact information, and product delivery data according to their applicable terms and privacy disclosures. Review them before buying. This website does not embed a payment form or receive payment card details through its included code.
6. Cookies and other technology
The delivered site code does not set advertising cookies or use third-party analytics scripts. The checklist and deduction organizer use local storage. Domain hosting, embedded services subsequently added by the publisher, and the separate Gumroad site may have additional technologies, which must be disclosed accurately before deployment.
7. Retention and information requests
Local tool data remains on your device until you clear it or browser controls remove it. Retention of technical hosting records, order information, and any support correspondence depends on the providers and publisher practices actually selected for launch. Applicable privacy laws may provide rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing; the publisher must establish appropriate request methods.
8. Children and updates
This renter resource site is intended for adults, not directed to children under 13. The final policy must identify an approved effective date, verified privacy contact, and actual data processors. Revisions should accurately reflect changes to site functionality and provider practices.
