Refunds & Digital Delivery

How digital purchases are delivered and where to find applicable refund terms.

1. External checkout

Deposit Defender™ is sold on the separately hosted Gumroad product page. The seller's live offer, checkout disclosures, receipt, delivery arrangements, and displayed refund policy should be reviewed before purchase. This website does not independently collect payments or issue order receipts.

2. Digital delivery

Purchasers generally receive access to downloadable material through the delivery method described by Gumroad and the product listing. The exact included materials, link validity, support commitments, and edition are those represented at purchase, not implied lifetime hosting.

3. Refunds

The approved refund and digital delivery policy must be provided before the sale and reconciled with the Gumroad refund settings. No statement here is intended to eliminate mandatory refunds, statutory withdrawal rights where applicable, duplicate-charge remedies, or lawful charge dispute rights. Do not assume that all digital purchases are categorically nonrefundable.

4. Order issues

For missing downloads, duplicates, or an access problem, retain your receipt and contact the seller using the support method in the Gumroad purchase confirmation. Include the order reference but never provide full payment card numbers.

5. Pre-launch publication requirements

Before public launch, the publisher must finalize the applicable refund criteria, response times, delivery descriptions, and seller contact, and confirm that wording matches the exact checkout and applicable law.
